Catherine Duggan has practiced law for over 30 years. She has extensive experience in litigating trust and estate disputes. She has tried numerous cases, and has resolved hundreds of cases prior to trial. Most recently, her successful prosecution of an undue influence case in Marin County was upheld by the California Court of Appeal (129 C.A.4th 673). She has also had significant training and experience in the mediation of trust and estate disputes.
She is now focusing her practice on the resolution of disputes involving will and trust contests, trust administration issues, financial elder abuse, and conservatorships.
Mediations are held in her office in Oakland. Mediations also may be held throughout the Bay Area, with the agreement of the parties.
